A Message from our Founder,
Steven J. Singer

It is hard to believe that this month, FODY turns 1. What started out as a dream to help fellow IBS sufferers has turned into a reality! It was during the winter of 2016 when I reached out to dietitians and Low FODMAP authorities and asked them a simple question – would our world be better if we launched a Low FODMAP food company?  One answer that stuck with me was from Kate Scarlata, a trusted American dietitian and Low FODMAP expert who stated  ‘people will probably cry with joy.’

Kate was right – and I am so glad I listened.

To our FODY friends, customers, advisors, researchers and to the amazing passionate FODY team, your passion for FODY Foods inspires us every day. We promise to create many more great tasting Low FODMAP products over the coming year.

Thank you for trusting FODY; it is our honor to be part of your daily life.

At FODY, we believe everything starts with feeling.

Enjoy eating again and Happy Birthday FODY!

Steven J Singer, Founder & CEO of FODY Food Co.

Happy Birthday! Yes, I’m one of those that `”cried with joy” over discovering your company. Our credit card can attest to being burned up over my orders. In a good way, of course! It was very, very discouraging to not find even simple foods that didn’t make me sick. It seems like everything has garlic and/or onions in it.

Anxiously awaiting news on new products. Like salad dressings, tarter sauce, cocktail sauce – all on my “I Wish” list. 🙂

Keep up the most excellent work!

Hello, I am new to FODMAP and having a difficult time dealing with the complexity of foods that I can no longer eat.
i have been dining out faithfully seven days a week for over 20 years! I now need to learn to read labels, cook and shop!
I am grateful to have found your site, I know have it booked marked on my desk top! Shopping in the USA is very difficult!
Why do we eat so badly here!?!

Nevertheless, I am happy to have found you and I am looking forward to a healthy relationship moving forward!

For an Italian, it is indeed very difficult to deal with the issue of garlic and onion…. Thanks so much for your work in this field.
