Good barbecue sauce , a little heavy on the vinegar for me so I just add a little Fodys ketchup!

Best FODMAP friendly BBQ

This is the best BBQ sauce for low FODMAP diet I tried so far, doesn’t cause any stomach issues or discomfort, tastes great (a little on the vinegary side, but it gives it a kick), makes strict diet bearable and less sad.
