No pain all gain!

Fody Bolonese is my go to sauce. I use it all the time. It has a richness and bold tomato flavor that I really enjoy. A great addition to my diet, keeping the IBS symptoms away!

Best Sauce Ever!

I finally tried Fody Food Co. Vegan Bolognese Sauce and I think this is my new favorite product from Fody. I’ve been eating another sensitive formula for a year or so and grown weary. This was a breath of fresh air. Sort of sweet and salty all at once but the explosion of flavors in each bite is so good! You can taste the mushrooms and walnuts slightly but really it’s just so good. I can’t explain it. I used 2/3 a cup of gluten free pasta, 1/4 cup of frozen carrots and a 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan on top with a 1/4 cup of sauce. Yum! This is definitely going to be ordered and added to my routine dinner prep.

Not safe!!!

The mushrooms and walnuts used are not safe on low FODMAP or similar dietary needs. This should be a negative star.

Versatile Sauce

I use this sauce (and the others) in the typical ways - over pasta, for lasagna, and such. But I also will add a tablespoon or two to stir fry, curries, reheated rice, etc. to make those dishes a little more interesting. I also use a little in a mayo mixture for a change. Slightly microwave a little to top an omelet.
