Delicious

I made the most delicious pasta sauce of my life with the garlic and shallot oils.
My friends were shocked there wasn't whole garlic and shallots in the sauce.

Olive oil

It would be nice to know where olive oil is sourced from? If it’s imported in large batches and bottled in Canada it loses its potency. I would make my own using high grade olive oil but it’s much easier to buy it ready made. My only concern is small bottles, high price and I still don’t know exactly what I am getting
