Onion flavor - yes!

Was so pleased to try the shallot infused oil, tried it to sauté yellow summer squash, and it was SO good! I can see this being one of my favorite things!

Great alternative to onion in cooking

I really appreciate this product. I use it whenever/wherever onion is normally used in a recipe and works very well. The only criticism I have is the price is a bit high for the small bottle.
