Switch up your taco night with these easy homemade beef tostadas! Tender ground beef & black beans are cooked together in Fody’s Taco Seasoning then piled on top of crispy corn tostada shells & topped with all your favorite taco toppings! Serve them with Fody’s Mild Salsa for a tasty gut-friendly taco night idea!
It’s simple to make homemade tostadas! Pour Fody’s Shallot-Infused Olive Oil into a large pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Once it’s hot, add your ground beef and Fody’s Taco Seasoning and sauté until the beef is browned and cooked through. (About 3-4 minutes.) Then stir in your black beans and set the pan off to the side.
To assemble your homemade tostadas: Layer each tostada shell with your beef and bean mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, green onion, shredded cheese, sour cream and Fody’s Mild Salsa.
