Fody's Low FODMAP Tropical Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
- Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
- 1 cup frozen red dragon fruit
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Toppings
- 10 Strawberries
- 2 cut up Kiwis
- 1 firm Banana
- 1/4 cup Dragon fruit
- 2/3rd cup Coconut flakes
- 1 Fody Foods Almond Coconut Snack Bar
Directions for Fody's Low FODMAP Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Add smoothie ingredients to a blender.
Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the smoothie to a bowl. Add toppings. Enjoy!
