For a perfectly delicious yet super simple beef burger, these ranch burgers hit the spot! They are easy to make and have great depth of flavor from Fody’s Unsweetened Ketchup and Ranch Seasoning. Try them for your next summer gathering!
Tangy Sauce:
In a large mixing bowl, add beef, egg, ketchup, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just incorporated, avoiding over-mixing. Divide into 6 patties. With a spoon or fingers, gently make a shallow dent in the top of each burger to prevent it becoming puffed up during cooking.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat, then add oil (you may need to cook burgers in batches based on how large your pan is). Add burgers to pan, then cook 3-5 min per side. Transfer to a plate and allow to rest a few minutes.
Meanwhile, add all Tangy Sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Top each bun bottom with spring mix, burger, sauce, tomato, and pickles.
