A bloat-free spin on classic pasta e fagioli! It’s loaded with 2 types of beans, lots of veggies, gluten free pasta and Italian herbs & spices! This healthy pasta dish is the perfect weeknight meal!
Heat your water and chicken soup base on the stove and whisk them together until the soup base dissolves completely. Then pour the base into your crockpot.
Next sauté your carrots and celery in 1 tablespoon of Fody Foods Garlic Infused Olive Oil until tender. (About 5 minutes.) Add your cooked vegetables to the crockpot.
Then add your vegan bolognese, stewed tomatoes, chickpeas, butter beans, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Just before your soup is ready, cook your pasta according to the package’s directions and drain it completely. Then stir it into your crockpot and serve your pasta e fagioli immediately.
